Sam Rose founded Rose & Co. after going through the process of buying and selling her own properties in Nova Scotia. Whenever she browsed Realtor.ca, she saw the same mistake being made: staging that said “lifeless showroom” instead of “gently lived in by really cool people.”  So, in a sea of grey couches and plastic scoop chairs, she set out to do things differently.  And it worked.
